What services do you offer?
We offer individual counselling, as well as couples therapy.
How long are the counseling sessions?
Each counselling session typically lasts for 50 minutes.
What is your approach to therapy?
We utilize a combination of mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques. CBT is an evidence based approach for several mental health concerns (e.g. anxiety, depression, and substance use), and with mindfulness we cultivate a different and more empowering relationship with our own discomfort.
How can counseling help me?
Counselling provides the space for you to be seen, heard and understood. We explore the concerns and goals together and create a plan to get from where you are today, to where you want to be.
What’s your availability for sessions?
Our sessions are Monday to Friday, 5:30- 8:30pm and 10AM to 5PM on weekends!
